How Much Does iPhone Screen Repair Cost?
iPhone screen repair cost depends on three things. The model. The screen type. And what else got damaged in the drop.
LCD vs OLED Makes a Big Price Difference
Older iPhones like iPhone 8, SE, XR, and standard iPhone 11 use LCD screens. Those are cheaper to repair. iPhone X, XS, 11 Pro, and every model from iPhone 12 forward use OLED. OLED is more expensive but gives you the deeper blacks and richer colors you paid for. We use premium-quality OLED parts that match the original specs.
Glass Only vs Full Screen Assembly
If only the top glass is cracked and the display still works, sometimes a glass-only repair is possible. That is cheaper. But once dead spots, color lines, or black blooms appear, you need the full screen assembly. The price jumps because the entire unit replaces.
Damage to Other Parts in the Drop
A bad drop can also crack the Face ID dot projector, the front camera, or the proximity sensor. We move all those parts from your old screen to the new one. The repair price stays the same unless one of those parts needs replacing too. We tell you up front.

What Makes iPhone Screen Repair Different
iPhones have specific parts and software pairings that do not exist on Android phones. A proper iPhone screen repair has to handle each one correctly. Cheap shops cut corners on these steps. We do not.
Face ID Sensor Chip
The Face ID dot projector, flood illuminator, and front camera are mounted inside your original screen assembly. The chip that controls them is paired to your phone at the Apple factory. We transfer all of those original parts from your old screen to the new one during the repair. Skip that step and Face ID stops working forever. It cannot be re-paired later.
True Tone Calibration
True Tone is the iPhone feature that adjusts your screen color to match the room lighting. Every iPhone screen has a calibration chip the phone reads at boot. When we install a new screen, we pair it to your phone using proper trade tools so True Tone keeps working in Settings. Cheap shops skip this and the True Tone toggle vanishes from Settings, never to return.
ProMotion 120 Hz on Pro Models
iPhone 13 Pro and every Pro model after uses ProMotion, which is Apple name for a 120 Hz refresh rate display. We use premium-quality screens that match the original refresh rate. Some replacement screens claim ProMotion but actually run at 60 Hz under the hood. You can feel the difference the first time you scroll. We never use those parts.
Battery Health Stays at Your Original Number
A screen repair does not reset your battery health rating in iOS. Apple whole-phone replacement option at $400 plus does reset it, because they hand you a different phone with a new battery. If your battery health was at 88 percent before our repair, it stays at 88 percent after.

Ghost Touch on the Screen
Your iPhone taps things on its own. Often seen on iPhone X, XS, and iPhone 11. This is a known iPhone screen controller chip issue after impact. The fix is a full screen assembly replacement.
Screen Lifts Away From the Frame
iPhone XR and iPhone 11 sometimes show this after a heavy drop. The screen adhesive fails. We reseal during the repair to restore water resistance.
Dead Spots Where Touch Does Not Work
You try to type a password and certain keys never register. The digitizer layer inside the screen is torn. Full replacement needed.
Color Lines or Black Blooms Across the Screen
The OLED panel is damaged behind the glass. Glass-only repair will not fix this. The full screen assembly needs to be swapped.
True Tone Option Disappeared From Settings
A previous screen replacement skipped the pairing step. We can re-pair the original screen if it is still installed, or pair a new one during a fresh repair.
Scratches Deep Enough to Catch Your Fingernail
A polish job will not fix deep scratches. Replacement is the only real answer. We add a free tempered-glass protector to the new screen.
