What is covered in the 30-day repair warranty?

We stand behind our work with our 30-day repair warranty covering any issues directly related to the service(s) we performed. If you experience a problem with your repair, simply bring your device back, and we’ll make it right. Please note, our warranty does not apply to liquid damaged devices.

What is the difference between a cracked screen & broken LCD?

A cracked screen refers to the physical damage that occurs on the surface of the device’s display, also called the digitizer, resulting in visible cracks or lines in the glass. A cracked screen can affect the device’s touch sensitivity and may cause the display to malfunction or become unresponsive.

On the other hand, a broken LCD refers to damage to the actual liquid crystal display component within the device. This type of damage is to the internal components of the device, causing a black screen, distorted image, or no display at all. A broken LCD cannot be fixed by replacing the digitizer or screen protector, as the issue is with the internal components.

Thankfully, most phone screens are replaced with the digitizer and LCD screen together as one replacement part – so there’s no need for you to worry about the difference as the price, in these instances, is the same regardless. Tablet, laptop, and iPad screens however can be installed separately so for those devices it may be relevant to pricing.

Can deleted photos and videos be recovered on an iPhone?

Yes, it is possible to recover deleted data on an iOS device, but it depends on several factors such as the model, OS version, how long ago the data was deleted, and whether you have the password and/or pin code to the device.
